Crystal has obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification of Indian registered quality system vide certificate no.IRQS/ 0810452 and an ISO 14001:2004(Environment, health & safety) from UKAS Environmental Management, UK certificate no. 31150/A/0001/UK/Er.

Crystal’s quality assurance department has highly qualified and experienced staff. The laboratory is equipped with sophisticated instrument like gradient and isocratic HPLC, Temp. Programmed GC, UV Spectrophotometer which are coupled to a computer data station. The laboratory is also equipped with high precision balances and other instruments, chemicals, glass ware working standards for chemicals and certified reference materials for analyzing the raw materials, packaging materials intermediates and finished materials.

All the records are well maintained and specifications of all inputs and outputs are well documented for reference to all concerned. All the goods produced confirm to the BIS guidelines and vendor specifications.
