Package of Practice
- Seed rate - 3-4 kg/acre
- Plant to plant distance - 10-12 cm
- Row to row distance - 30 cm
- Sowing window - Spring: Feb-April - Kharif: May-July
- First cut should be after 30-40 days of planting
- It should be cut above 8 inch to 10 inch height from the ground level
- After every cut give irrigation on same day or next day
- Don't feed fodder up to 21 days, after any insecticidal spray
- Apply adequate Nitrogen and water for regeneration of fresh leaves & stems.
