Abhishek holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from University of Calcutta and a post graduate diploma in management from Jaipuria Institute of Management, Noida. He is associated with Crystal since September, 2013. He is responsible for making all procurement strategies, identifying areas of cost-optimizations through robust planning and ensure business continuity through effective supply chain management strategies. He has an overall experience of more than 11 years in manufacturing, import & export, and finance domains of different sectors like Agro/Fine Chemicals, automobile & textile.  Prior to joining Crystal, he was working with Jubilant Life Sciences Ltd and BG Jeffrey Consulting Pvt Ltd.

Rajat Malhotra is working with Crystal Crop Protection Ltd. since 2017. He has 16 years of work experience in Corporate Strategy, Mergers & Acquisitions and Risk Management. Prior to Joining Crystal, he has worked with Organisations like J P Morgan, Crisil, and Jubilant group. Mr. Rajat Malhotra is a B.E (Chemical), PGDBM (Finance) and Six Sigma Green Belt certified. He is also leading Internal Audit, Insurance, and IT functions for Crystal Group

Mr. Sohit comes with 15+ years of experience across crop protection, vegetable seed and crop nutrition businesses with hands on experience in managing Asia’s largest Agri value chain and potato sourcing business.

Prior to joining Crystal, he has worked with PepsiCo, Sinochem, Mosaic, and Bayer (Nunhems).

Through his 26-year career, Mr Tyagi has traversed industry giants like UPL, NACL, and Gharda, contributing his expertise and leaving an indelible mark on each organization.

Mohit Kumar Goel is a Whole-time Director of our Company and was appointed to our Board on February 16, 2018.

He attended a bachelor’s degree course in commerce from the Rohilkhand University, Bareilly and a master’s degree course in commerce from the M.J.P. Rohilkhand University, Bareilly.

He has been associated with our Company since May 2009. He is responsible for all our manufacturing facilities as occupier and for corporate liasoning. He has more than 10 years of experience in administration services. Prior to joining our Company, he has worked with Modern Papers, our partnership firm and ICICI Prudential Life Insurance Company Limited.

Sangeeta Kapiljit Singh is an Independent Director of our Company and was appointed to our Board on February 16, 2018.

She holds a bachelor’s degree in arts (special) from the University of Bombay and certification in strategic human resource management from the Harvard Business School.

She has more than several years of experience in human resources, corporate communications and operations and has previously worked as the head of human resources for KPMG India. In March 2013, she set up Sanguine Consultants, a boutique consulting firm, which handles independent consulting assignments.

Chetan Desai is an Independent Director of our Company and was appointed to our Board on February 16, 2018.

He is a qualified chartered accountant registered as associate member with the ICAI.

He has previously with Haribhakti & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, as a partner and has over 39 years of experience in the fields of accounting, auditing, corporate laws and related areas.

Mr. Kalambe holds a bachelor's degree in chemical engineering, MBA in Finance & Six Sigma Black Belt. With 24 years of experience, he has a strong background in Manufacturing & Business Strategy, Plant Operations, Process Improvement, Project Management, Technology Transfer, Greenfield Project, EHS, Compliance Management & Industry 4.0 Automation.

 

Before joining Crystal, he held key positions at B.V.C., Huntsman, Aarti Industries, Thermax Ltd, BASF, Bayer Crop and Gharda Chemical, where he played a pivotal role in driving operational excellence and efficiency.

Mr. Kewala Nand Mishra has joined us as Vice President – Formulation.

 

He is a  seasoned manufacturing professional with 27 years of experience, Mr. Mishra has an extensive background in manufacturing and plant operations, process improvement, and project execution & management.

 

Before joining Crystal, he held key roles at Parijat, Sulphur Mills, Sumil Chemical, Tata Chemicals, and HIL India Ltd., where he contributed significantly to operational excellence and efficiency.

Sartaj Sewa Singh is an Independent Director of our Company and was appointed to our Board on February 16, 2018.

 

He holds a bachelor’s degree of arts (honours course) in economics from the University of Delhi and a post graduate diploma in management from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad.

He has several years of experience in the fertilizer and crop protection industry. He has served as a general manager in ICI India Limited and as a president and chief executive officer of Monsanto Technologies India Limited.

He has also served as the president and managing director of FMC India Private Limited from May 2000 to April 2015. He was profiled as entrepreneur manager in the Tata-Mcgraw Hill Publication “Thought Leaders”.

Mr. Adam Sack was appointed as Nominee Director (Representing IFC Emerging Asia Fund) on the Board of Crystal Crop Protection Limited on November 30, 2022. He is also appointed as a member of various Statutory Committees of Crystal Crop Protection Limited.

 

Mr. Sack started his career at J.P. Morgan in London in M&A. Mr. Sack along with his two colleagues started and ran a successful European private equity fund in the early 1990s. He has an MSc in development studies and a BA in philosophy, politics, and economics from Oxford University.

 

He joined IFC in 2001 in Vietnam and has lived and worked in a number of countries in Asia, including running IFC’s Advisory programs in the Mekong, and as Country Manager for Indonesia and also for Sri Lanka. He relocated to Singapore in 2016 to join IFC’s Asset Management Company and focus on investing equity through IFC’s Emerging Asia Fund. He now also heads the IFC Middle East and North Africa Fund
