Under his dynamic leadership, Crystal Group has been successful in introducing many new and important molecules, which have proved to be a boon to Indian agriculture.

After completing his Master in Science (Chemistry), Mr. Aggarwal has joined his family business of Fertilizers and Pesticides, which was on the biggest trading set-ups during that period (1968-72). In 1972, implying his self-developed technology, he started manufacturing Zinc Sulphate and introduced the same in North India for the first time. In 1974, he took on the production process in the new pesticide plant established by the Company. Later, he was exposed to other significant fronts of the business including marketing and played a vital role in giving modern and innovative approach to his ancestral business.

Mr. Aggarwal has introduced Cypermethrin, Fenvelarate, Imidacloprid, Abamectin Buprofezin, Emamectin Benzoate and umpteen other such compounds to the Indian farmer community at relatively cheaper prices. Under his encouraging and positive guidance, the R&D Division of the company has successfully conducted multiple field trials and educated the Indian farmers about the safe and judicious use of agro-chemicals.

Apart from being a successful and passionate professional, he is also a great philanthropist. Mr. Aggarwal has been associated with Maharaja Aggarsain Welfare Association as an Executive Member & Advisor. Nagrik Suraksha Samiti as Convener and as a member in various other Social Welfare Organizations. He is actively involved in Social Religious & Political activities in Delhi. He has been the President of HPMA & ACFI. He is working as a Chairman; PHDCCI (Agri Business); President, Delhi Agroha Vikas Trust; Secretary, Pinjrapole Gaushala; President, Lakshmi Girl’s Sr. Sec. School; Trustee at Akal Abhiyan Trust and Chairman, Advisory Board, Ekal Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad.
